Description :
1. To support services and clerical duties in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
2. Answer telephone, screen and direct all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
3. Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
4. Receive, direct and relay and fax messages.
5. Greet, assist and direct the visitors (customer, supplier, vendor, interview candidate) to the appropriate staff.
6. Pick-up and deliver the mail and receive courier document/parcel.
7. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
8. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and presentations.
9. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
10. Prepare payment voucher for supplier’s and liaise with suppliers for payment and accounts matters
11. Prepare and issue PO to suppliers on buying consumable items
12. Maintain all suppliers accounts which should tally to the age payable account in System and reconcile all supplier invoices
13. Assist the directors and other staffs as requested.
14. Perform other related duties as required by management assign to you from time to time. 
Requirements :
Possess a minimum of SPM certificate
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
