Description :: Conducts acceptance testing and training of customer resources in use and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Demonstrates the fit of the application with existing Microsoft infrastructure.
Participates in every aspect of the sales and implementation process: from analysis of customer business requirements to configuration of the application that will meet the customer’s needs.
Works with key users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business process.
Identifies any need to modify a application and communicates that need to developers and other team members.
Provides technical sales support in the sales process by providing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and related business products being presented to the customer.
Adhering to the Microsoft Solution Selling Process, assists the sales team as needed to build the business case for value, productivity enhancements and meeting technical requirements.
Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process by working to address the questions and needs of stakeholders.
Ensures proper understanding of the application and the overall solution, both technically and functionally.
Requirements :: Functional/Technical Skills
Business analysis skills Knowledge of Project management.
Good documentation skills Knowledge of ITILv2 and above is an advantage. Knowledge how to conduct workshops and training sessions
In depth knowledge of core application functionality Solid understanding of application technology stack General knowledge of related Microsoft® technologies (SQL Server™, Exchange Server, .NET, Office SharePoint® Portal Server, BizTalk® Server) will be an advantage Business software application, knowledge in VB, Crystal Report, Ms SQL and/or expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage Candidate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics SL are encourage to apply.
