Description :: -Organize daily manufacturing, operational and administration areas of the business
-Cooperate with the Managing Director to maximize profitability and trim costs down
-Ensure that resources are commensurate with the levels of sales
-Enforce product development to ensure constant accessible of new products and processes
-Ensure that the ISO procedures are maintained and quality is kept optimum to continue offer reliable products to our customers
-Able to be liaise with an organization of people across different aspects of the business.
-Experience in in manufacturing environments
-Experience of exporting or dealing with overseas will be an advantage.

In 1993, we began as the Nilai Springs Nursery, a fledgling company with the main purpose of handling nursery and landscaping works for the 6,200-acre new township of Bandar Baru Nilai.
We have come a long way since then and today, Nilai Landscape has established itself as a leader in landscaping and horticultural services, paving the way to a greener, healthier future via innovative and creative landscaping techniques and designs.
One of our pioneer projects, Bandar Baru Nilai, has since been transformed into a landmark 'Modern Garden City', aptly described as such with its tree-lined expressways, parks and lush greenery. In recognition of this, the government has officially changed the township's name to Putra Nilai in 2004.
