• Develop new and enhance existing clientele base and network in KL & Penang.
• Ensure customer's satisfaction by proactively managing good communications between the parties.
• Work with the team to fulfill customer's requirement & expectation.
• Conduct recruitment activities according to specifications and time-frames established.
• Good follow-up and finalize employment arrangements;
• Improve and maintain service quality levels to maximize customer’s satisfaction.

- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines.
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in the identical, similar or related field
• Demonstrated success in organizational change and people management & development.
• Demonstrated experience in service industry is preferred.
• Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal skills, communication and written skills.
• Good relationship management and customer service skills is a MUST.
• Required Skill(s): Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Recruitment, Executive Search, Consultancy.
