Description :: -Maintain employee records (Personal particulars, leaves, absences, etc.) and ensures such records are kept up-dated.
-Provide HR service to employees such as advice on terms of employment, benefits, rules & regulations, rate of pay, company doctors, etc.
-Maintain training records and apply for training grant before commencement of training.
-Monitor lateness and absenteeism and follow up with appropriate disciplinary action.
-Calculate employees' incentives prior to computation of payroll processing.
-Calculate salaries, overtime pay, deductions and other adjustments
Requirements :: -Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
-Executive of 2 years working experience in HR & Admin.
-Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
