- 1) Admin Function:
•In charge petty cash handling
•In charge Travel arrangements (Flights,hotels, transports…etc)
•Deal with rental car suppliers for the rental car arrangements
•Deal with hotels for all the short term staying corporate rate and payment terms
•Getting involved with production plant. Deal with cleaning contractors for all the cleaning and hygiene issue for ournew office and new plant.
•Coordinate with ITdepartment for all Celcom line packages login and registration
•Fully in charge expatriate apartment issues and deal with housing property agents.
•Take participant on drafting Petty Cash & Travelling policy and procedure
•In charge and deal with HONDA for all company car maintenance services, road tax and insurance renewal
•Back up, liase and provide relevant information & documents for each department in the company
•Liase with inter-companies (Acerinox, Columbus & NAS) with all the Technical Assistant
•Issues include their arrival arrangements
•Successful implement the reimbursement of medical & expenses claims into payroll
without any huge handling of petty cash flow
•Co-ordinate with IT Level 4 people, to log in all the manually create Admin Forms
(Expenses & mileage claim forms…etc) into Lotus Notes System. It would become more efficiency and less paper works
•Co-ordinate with IT Level 4 people, in order to develop and put in all the Petty Cash and Travelling manually approval procedure into Lotus Notes System as well.
•Getting involved with other HR members to draft & revise the Employee Handbook. Putting all the procedures into Employee Handbook (Petty cash, Travelling, Medical benefit, Uniforms)
•Assist to set up the office Admin operation process in the new main office.
•Other ad hoc duties in the office
2) Account Function:
•In charge Account Payable; Bank Reconciliation
•In charge all Invoice processing
•Other ad hoc duties with banks regarding foreign issues
3) Purchasing Function:
•Searching for new vendors and suppliers
•Deal with suppliers for all the pricings, payment terms, and deliveries
•Issue PO and other ad hoc duties regarding purchasing issue

Description
BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD is a JV between ACERINOX S.A. (A Spanish Stainless Steel Manufacturing Group - World major producer of Stainless Steel) & NISSHIN STEEL. It is located at Tanjung Langsat (Pasir Gudang), Johor (appro. 140 Ha @ 350 acres of land), which is perfectly communicated by land & sea.
This new stainless production plant will be constructed with high efficiency criteria, similar to those of North American Stainless in Ghent (Kentucky - USA), owned by ACERINOX Group.
The new plant will be constructed in successive stages and in the last one it will be an integrated stainless steel production plant, with a melting capacity of 1 million MT/ year and 600,000 MT/ year of cold rolled production.
The estimated total investment amounts to USD1.5 billion.
