Develop internal company policies and see that they are respected.
Make sure the organization has clearly defined program for complying with the local laws,
Act in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulation.
Review and update documents for maintenance
Handle records across various department
Create templates for use by other personnel
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
Establish and maintain record retention timelines
Print and distribute documents as needed.
Familiar in ISO 9001/14001/SA8000
Experience in audit/Consulting/Manufacturing
Analytical and process-driven yet flexible & adaptable
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in QMS is an advantage.
Lowest Qualification :
SPM / O Level
