Description :: • Ensuring effective management of all matters relating to HR such as Foreign Workers, Administration, Disciplinary, Dormitory and SOP on COVID-19 & Prevention Procedure
• Providing guidance & coaching to subordinates/team.
• To review and improve CSR strategies.
• Develop and apply HR strategies in support of company mission.
• Oversee security and administration function.
• To support HR team in oversea when required.
• Provide timely update and reports to HR Manager
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Familiar and knowledgeable about SOP on COVID-19 & prevention procedure.
• Strong knowledge in Employment Act & Foreign Workers Application is required for this vacancy.
• Ability to be resilient and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Minimum 6 years related working experience in manufacturing industry and at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated, a problem solver & team player.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
