Responsible to lead the departments of Human Resource, Safety & IT. You are expected to set goals for your departments and ensure the business objectives are fulfilled.


Responsibilities:

Human Resource

• Oversee the full spectrum of human resource operational activities covering talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits, performance, payroll administration, COVID-19 prevention and employee relations etc;
• Oversee daily operation of responsible departments. Continuous improvement on the level of performance and quality of work.
• Periodically review COVID-19 prevention system and strategies. Continuous improvement and keep abreast of latest requirement and information.
• Work in close partnership with the respective department HOD to develop and implement HR practices and strategies to support business expansion;
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business direction;
• Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Periodically reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain and periodically review Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)’s management system and practice. Continuous to work on the improvement
• To meet CSR requirements of Linocraft Printers, customers and auditors.
• Develop learning and career development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;


Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

• To lead SHE Team in developing and administering effective occupational safety, health, environment and industrial hygiene programs, including identification, prevention and control of occupational injuries and illnesses, workplace risk assessment and education & training program etc.
• Maintain and periodically review SHE systems to assure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and governmental standards.
• Establish and maintain the safety and health of the plant by monitoring and evaluating health and safety conditions.
• Periodically assess SHE standards and continuously improving the system


Information Technology (IT)

• Work with IT Team to analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Work with IT Team to define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 12 years related working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Outstanding leadership & managerial experience with at least 8 years in managerial role.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
