Description :: • Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
• Responsible in handling payroll, to ensure payroll records are updated, processed timely correctly, liaising with payroll vendor, as well as to ensure that all the government regulation on payroll related matters are complied with.
• Responsible in manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & industrial relation matters.
• Responsible in the administration of employees transfer, promotion, employment change status & etc.
• Responsible to monitor employee leave & employee attendance, probationary employee & conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance to statury requirements.
• Handle the foreign workers regarding their work permits, medical checkups, & disciplinary.
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
• Organize outdoor and celebration activities/cooperate with production carry out company planned activities.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
4. Initiative and self-motivated.
5. Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
6. Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
7. Good command of verbal and written in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
