Description :: - Assist with new bank opening forms
- Ensure that all forms and documents are complete prior to submission
- Answer phone calls and direct to the right person/ department
- In charge of all office couriers (receive and send out)
- Manage office stationeries and refreshments replenishments
- Arrange and monitor office cleaner schedule and work
- Managing office equipment maintenace and upkeep
- Maintain proper filing of all company’s statutory forms
- Liasing with Company Secretary
- Greet all guests and promptly notifying the relevant parties while directing guests to the meeting location
Requirements :: - Well versed in English and Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Must be a very organised and systematic person
- Planning skills must be good
- Microsoft Word, Excel basic knowledge
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
