Description :: - Follow up with the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Maintaining the condition of the office and with maintenance arrangement
- Assist in handling staff claim, collating and filing expenses
- To handle administrative matter related to HR and payroll
- Undertake ad hoc assignment and related duties as and when required, miscellaneous tasks to support MD & GM
- Manage office day to day administration work
- Organising meetings and appointments, access to the MD & GM
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD & GM
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation to the MD & GM
- Maintain comprehensive filling and safekeeping of important documents, implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
- Arrange external and internal meetings, assist to preparation of correspondence, reports and minutes of meetings
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience
