Description :: - To prepare monthly HR reports and other adhoc reports on timely basis for HRM review
- To ensure proper record keeping are made for all the administration and staff
- To ensure all HR transactional processes which include payroll, employee attendance, updating employee records in HR systems, and associated reporting activities
- To ensure full payroll compliance to statutory regulations and company policies
- To provide accurate and timely payroll data report (permanent & temp staff) to HRM
- To provide consultations and answer employees queries on payroll related queries
- To build the bridge between employees and the management by having good relationship with all parties
- To monitor periodical performance appraisal
- Creative in improvising and enhancing HR department operations
Requirements :: - Sound understanding of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements
- Computer literate
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience
