Description :: - Managing the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, Recruitment &
-Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations/
Industrial Relations, and other HR related administration functions
- To handle staffing issue either by counseling or taken disciplinary action
- Analytical mind, dynamic with good interpersonal skills and able to lead the development of HR
strategies for the Company
- To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent
pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development
program.
- To ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective
talent management program and succession planning.
- Supervise and oversee Security and Health & Safety Sections
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management or
equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act and its context
- Conversant and excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
