Description :: - Manage & handle administrative and human resources duties
- Oversee the day to day operations of account department
- Responsible for manpower and payroll processing
- Provide advice and guidance to staffs on all relevant labor, employment laws, and statutory regulations
- Manage maintenance activity and upgrade to equipment, facilities, IT and systems to minimize disruptions
- Organize & administer training programs/classes
- Support the operations in the process of Learning Needs Analysis
- Managing employee relations and welfare
- Monitor company insurances, licenses, road tax renewal & etc
- Liaise with government departments pertaining to factory issues
- Responsible for customs declaration documents
- In-charge of LMW report
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai Plant, JB.
- 5 day work weeks
