- Handle full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to Managing Director.
- Plan and manage Managing Director’s meeting schedule, appointment, travelling arrangement and hotel reservation.
- Prepare meeting agenda, presentation and write minutes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Screen phone calls and attend to inquiries.
- Deal with incoming correspondences, mails and faxes. 
Requirements :
- At least 1-2 year related experience
- Good coordination, planning and organization in carrying out daily duties and responsibilities with high integrity and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written communication skills English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own transport.
