Description :: - Process monthly payroll including salary, overtime, allowance, reimbursement
- Maintain staff leave, medical & attendance/absenteeism record.
- Preparation of letter such as employment offers, confirmation, resignation, memo
- Review, update & maintain proper filing of employee folder.
- Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities including posting of vacancies,screening and interviewing suitable candidates for specific job levels
- Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time
Requirements :: - Required language: English & Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to lease in Mandarin
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and other statutory compliance such as EPF, Socso And Income Tax Act.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
