Description :: • ER - Plan and organize programs of social, recreational and educational activities for employees’ participation such as Company annual events, team building and sports activities.
• IR - Assist and responsible for all Industrial Relations activities for the Company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling and staff misconduct.
• IR - Execute request on immigration services matter for expatriates such as advice on applications, regulations and processes.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis, develop the company’s yearly training program and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs conducted by the company.
• Plan and manage the company training budget via HRDF fund and optimize its usage through structured training.
Requirements :: • Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources, Human Sciences or related disciplines
• Between 3~5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent knowledge in in HRDF, Industrial Relation and Employment Act
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understand the expectations set and demonstrate personal accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
