1)Propose, develop and implement policies and systems to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
2)To be responsible in administration works and audit the work climate for future planning.
3)Assist in full spectrum of the HR functions (training & development, etc)
4)Assist in recruitment, payroll, administrative, compensation and benefits.
5) Arranging appointments, taking dictation and minutes.
6) To prepare all correspondences and contact with internal and external parties.
7)Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time. 
Requirements :
1)Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
2)Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labour Laws and IR practices
3)Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
4)Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
