- Preparation of all documentations in relation to tenancy matters, including letter of offer, tenancy agreements, licence agreements and such other agreement as required.H291
- To coordinate and communicate on all tenancy administrative processes, including liaising with company secretary , insurance and relevant government authorities such as land office , stamping office etc
- Tracking and monitoring all tenancy administrative documentations till completion
- Follow-up on loan documentation process
- Any other property/project and admin related work 
Requirements :
- Possess at least SPM qualification
- Computer literature with MS Window, Office.
- Self-motivated with initiative, disciplines is preferred
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience in administrative / customer service
- Ability to work under pressure , follow up and possess sense of urgency
