Description :: - To lead the organization HR/Admin Department & manage full spectrum of HR/Administration.
- Process Monthly Payroll, KWSP, SOCSO, PCB / EIS Submission.
- Liaise with authorities on all aspects of compensation & benefit.
- Plan, manage & implement HR policies & procedures in accordance to company direction & Malaysia Law.
- Source & filter talent for new & replacement positions.
- Manage foreign workers affairs in terms of compliance with local authorities requirement.
- Manage general office administration such as hostel tenancy, office equipment, office/hostel maintenance, stationery, uniform.
- Factory security management, housekeeping, 5S and Safety.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work independently and attend to all human resource issues professionally and effectively and with minimum supervision.
