Description :: - Manpower planning to allocate sufficient operator to production line based on production schedule.
- Handle foreign worker including renew worker permit from MyEG, apply new foreign worker.
- Monthly payroll for office & production.
- Apply Employment pass / dependant pass for foreign staff.
Apply China & Singapore visa.
- Compile monthly purchase summary and submit to account department.
- Liaise with government authorities such as JKKP, DOE, MPJBT, BOMBA, TNB, SAJ and etc.
- Purchase indirect items include stationery, office equipment, safety PPE, computer part and etc.
- Taking care foreign worker hostel.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: - Knowledge of IT will be added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to start working ASAP.
