- • Planning, developing, monitoring and improving the job functions of HRA department.
• Monitor employees’ disciplinary and ensure they always follow the company policy and procedures.
• To provide training to HODs and enhance their competency.
• To ensure all staffs well trained by all HODs in running their routine tasks.
• To ensure quality candidates recruited during recruitment process.
• To control overhead costs and admin costs within company budget level.
• To ensure drivers and trucks are always available to support operation department.
- Requirements :
- • Diploma / Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree with over 5 years experience in HR function. Minimum 5 years experience in managerial capacity is required.
• Hands on HR and Admin experience in logistics/transportation industry are desirable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Knowledge of labor law and statutory requirement.
