Description :: • Full spectrum of Human Resource functions: Talent Acquisition, foreign workers issue, employee relations, welfare and benefit, general administrative support
• Communicate HR policies and procedures and ensure consistency across the organization
• Administer the processing of work-related passes for foreign employees
• Coordinate on matters pertaining to disciplinary and contract labour supply
• Maintain up-to-date employees’ personnel records
• Compile monthly HR report for Management
• General administration: maintenance of vendor contracts and canteen administration
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate Supervisor
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in HR or any field.
-Required Skill(s): Navison system, Microsoft Office
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
