Description :: -Assist administration works of the office
-Undertake typing, filing, sorting and photocopying of documents
-Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
-Data entry and preparing and issuing daily forms
-Assist in update & maintain staff leave record and attendance record
-Plan, coordinate, and arrange taxi, flight and hotel reservations
-Manage inventory of office equipment's and stationeries
-Deliver and collect documents by a company car
-Transport employees to/from hospital by a company car
-Go and get some stuff at a store by a company car
Requirements :: - Must speak and write Japanese
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Japanese(Compulsory)
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese with Japanese staff
- Computer skills and familiar with Ms Office, Excel and Word
- Possess a valid driving license
- Must have own transport
- Possess positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- At least have 1 years working experience
