Description :
• To coordinate existing ISO & OHSAS management systems implementation and maintenance. Ensure management systems implementation are executed accordingly in accordance with planned schedule, i.e. certification/ maintenance of ISO & OHSAS, document control and audit.
• To ensure the company ISO and safety management comply with requirements from internal and external parties such as international standard, local authorities and customers.
• Responsible to monitor and communicate status of OHSAS & ISO implementation by organizing routine committee meeting such as Safety Meeting, Management Review Meeting and Internal Audit. Ensure all open issues such as policies, objective targets, programs, audit results, feedback/ complaints, hazard identification, risk assessment & risk control (HIRARC) escalated and resolved to ensure OHSAS & ISO goals achieved.
• To lead Safety & Health Committee efficiently and implement OHS related matter effectively
• Coordinate, review and analyse the OHSAS hazard identification, risk assessment & risk control (HIRARC)
• Carry out safety scan, investigation by identifying and evaluating existing workplace hazards, to minimise occupational injury, illness, accident incident impacts, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies and procedures through unscheduled audit along feedback of employees.
• To plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate ISO and safety related training to employees and external parties if applicable.
• Monitoring information on customer complaints received, analyse and abstract into Customer Complaint Register and issue corrective action request.
• Preparation and administration of Job Competencies, Job Descriptions, OHSAS Committee Chart, OSH Rules (pamphlet) and others relating to ISO and safety
• Responsible in replenishing first aid boxes medication for office, workshop and servicing bags
• Assist in office administrative work/ HR related matter, including telephone calls answering.
• To perform any job as and when requested by HOD and Management 
Requirements :
• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• Must have ISO 9001 knowledge and experience
• Preferably with work safety knowledge and experience
• Good coordination, communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and independent
