- - Prepare & compute factory payroll and ensure its accuracy and payment made before the set deadline
- Preparing payment for statutory contributions & deductions and ensure payment made before each cut-off date
- Maintain & update leave records and other personnel related matters for the factory.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time - Requirements :
- - Possess Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in construction industry / environment.
- Able to communicate with all levels effectively.

OCC specializes in the production of high quality PVC/XLPE armoured cables of up to 33KV and fire resistant cables. The location of the manufacturing plant is in Krubong Industrial Park, Melaka and a sales office in Faber Tower, Taman Desa, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur
OCC is accredited to MS ISO 9001:2000 and UKAS Quality Management System. We have been one of the major suppliers of armoured cables to the national power utility company, Tenaga Nasional Berhad for many years.
The company’s products are also marketed internationally in Singapore, Australia, Middle East and Vietnam. A manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam has also been set up to cater for the demand in the Vietnam and neigbouring markets.
