Description :: - Enforcing discipline and the rules & regulation of the company.
- Conducting investigation to carry out counselling session, discipline action taken for any misconduct.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction program.
- Ensures staffs are briefed on the Company policy, rules &
regulations, terms and conditions, benefits, Quality Policy & Objective & etc
- Responsible in monitoring employee’s leave application and daily attendance performance.
- Foreign worker’s Management (Renewal of PLKS, passport and liase with hostel management).
- Liaise with Immigration/Labour department on expatriate and foreign worker matter.
- Responsible for employee orientation training and update employee training record.
- Assist on relating to office management, administration and maintenance of company’s properties.
- Ensure 5S housekeeping implemented, on maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the premises.
- Assisting in compiling report & monthly meeting minutes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economy mics/ or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be computer literacy
- Able to communicate well
- Posses own transport
