- '-Administration, distribution, record , stock monitoring of uniforms, shoes, lab coat, locker and upkeep company keys.
-Handle office equipment ( copier, printer, fax, water cooler, aircon, lighting, water tap, petrol card, rentokil service etc..) for regular maintenance, fixing and stock replenish.
-Handle travelling request e.g accomodation, air ticket, visa apply and others transportation request.
-Stationeries ordering and distribution.
-Manage and monitor outsource vendor (e.g waste collector, security guards, laundry service etc.)
-Arrange and coordinate for the approved training request and maintain all the training record.
-Others administration support such as answering phone calls, fax/mail/document distribution to related department/person.
-Others HR and Admin function such as foreign worker hostel management and permit renewal,
cleanliness of the company, license renewal, medical check up arrangement etc.
-Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
-Perform any other duties as assigned
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human
Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
