Description :: - To ensure the consistence application of Human Resource & Administration policies and procedures.
-Lead and manage a group of HR staffs.
-Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisement.
-Responsible for new recruitment, interview, selection, Staff retention and motivation programme.
-Maintain the manpower status by weekly basic.
-Manpower planning.
-Conduct staff orientation program and exit interviews.
-Compensation and benefits.
-Assist to improve the present salary structure and benefits package.
-Monthly payroll computation and salary report compilation.
-Prepare Letters of Appointment & Confirmation for all new employees. -Performance Appraisal.
-Training and development for all employees.
-Analysis the training needs for all departments.
- Handling labour case consist of complaint from Labour Office and Industrial Relation. Employees and industrial relations.
-Manage employees discipline. Employees suggestion scheme and project improvement. Factory security and safety program. -Handling company insurance policies.
- Preparation of HR monthly reports and KPI to management.
-To monitor and renew on factory licensing, contract agreement and legal application.
-Ensure good housekeeping system
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
