- 1. Attend to customers complaint regarding process or product complaint
2. Attend to Sales & Marketing activities with road shows & technical suppor backup by assisting with audits; plant set up and other facets required by the Marketing
3. Carry out plant audit, machinery & chamber calibration
4. Provide new plant setup.
5. Conduct machinery & chamber maintenance, calibration to all the Retreaders on a yearly basis.
6. Carry out mileage test for the end-user or major fleet owners.
7. Provide tyre management training to the end-user.
8. Carry out tyre analysis at the factory or out in the field.
9. Carry out tyre failure analysis on site or out in the field.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
11. Attend to T&A requisition.
12. To consistently deliver high-quality services to our customers
13. To ensure all customer’s technical inquiries are addressed in the shortest time-frame
14. To advise and consultation to the customer for the benefit and improvement in meeting global industry standards
15. Share experience and render relevant support to sales team - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work Half day on Saturdays - Lowest Qualification :
