Description :: - Assist in all scopes of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, training and development, compensation & benefits, industrial relation & other HR matters.
- Handle the staffing process and on boarding.
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure all statutory payment is paid up to date.
- Handle personnel matters with regards to leave administration, promotion, transfer etc.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide counselling.
- Update and maintain accurate personnel data.
- Design HR strategies as well to identify, drive and implement HR operational excellence.
- Assist in event preparations and provide office administration support.
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma with 5 years working experience in manufacturing Industry.
- Preferably senior executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, responsible and able to work in a team.
- Organized, able to work in high-volume, fast paced working environment.
