Description :: • Deliver proactive, highly organised support for the Acting Group Director in his personal and professional capacities
• Proactively take full responsibility for the management of diaries, organise and plan meetings and events
• Ensure that the Acting Group Director is fully prepared and prompted ahead of key meetings, preparing context and background information documents as required
• Assisting in the creation and development of documentation ahead of all type of meetings, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained
• Assist Acting Group Director to communicate and coordinate with all levels of management, staff and business associates
• Accompany and represent Acting Group Director at business meetings or event as and when required.
• Be very aware of and prioritise the Acting Group Director’s business matters, raising as appropriate
• Prepare correspondences, reports, minutes of management meetings and any other documents instructed by the Acting Group Director
• Act as the eyes and ears to the Acting Group Director and to involve in all projects to understand businesses
Requirements :: • Candidate who possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience
• Exceptional communication skills, providing clear and consistent communication between the Acting Group Director, executive team, internal departments and external parties
• Confident, articulate, and can demonstrate great presence and gravitas
• Proficient at using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Discrete, able to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomacy

UMLand operates two development divisions, namely the Township and Niche Divisions and a construction and building materials division called UM Land Builders Sdn Bhd. The Group has over 1,800 acres of undeveloped land in both Township and Niche Divisions.

The Township Division has four mixed township developments; Bandar Seri Alam, Taman Seri Austin and Johor Halal Park which strategically located within Iskandar Malaysia whilst Bandar Seri Putra is located in Selangor.
