- To oversee & manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which includes recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development,
staff welfare & employee's engagement, performance appraisal, office management activities, etc
- To responsible for overall planning, organizing, coordinating & supervising of daily activities of HR & Admin Department
- To ensure timely processing of payroll performed accurately
- To ensure adherence to the necessary government & statutory related matters are complied
- To evaluate & recommend improvements to benefits & welfare program
- To formulate, develop & execute yearly training plan within the prescribed budget & approval criteria to all level of employees, evaluation of training effectiveness
- Develop & formulate HR policies & procedures to improve efficiency.
- To review periodically of company's policy & practice to meet the needs of employees & management
- To understand anticipate workforce implications to the business's strategy & develops plan to address potential issues
- To coach & develop HR & Admin team
- To work proactively with other departments to ensure effective & efficient delivery of HR services in supporting & providing professional support / advice regarding HR matters to support the growth of business
- Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 10 years of working experience, in Construction field will be an added advantage
- Possess strong knowledge in Employment Law & Legislation
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills that can work well with all level of employees
- Strong analytical skills & can meet tight timeline with minimum supervision
- Additional skills on HR reporting & analytics, compensation program, employee rewards, business workforce planning, staffing & organizational & talent development
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning,Shah Alam.
