- -To plan for monthly allocation and shipment timing for term/swap and MCS’s portion.
-To check on PCM’s monthly position on spot opportunity and plant condition.
-To facilitate and negotiate monthly spot transaction, incl. price, quantity, timing, destination etc
-To be responsible for the import & export monthly statistical data compilation/update obtained via Dept. of Statistic.
-To ensure commission claim and cross check input.
-To facilitate the quarterly meeting for Pre-Rapid Marketing.
-To negotiate ancillary yearly contract (both term/swap and MCS) on monthly basis.
-To keep track on vessel movement.
-To cross check all shipping documents, ensure smooth operation up until payment.
-To solve queries from both suppliers and customers as and when required.
- Requirements :
- -Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
-Possess at least 3 years working experiences in related field.
-Required language (s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Candidates must possess strong knowledge in logistics process and shipment matters.
