- - Recruit the candidates
- Full HR spectrum especially on Recruitment (Local and Foreigner)
- Able to handle Foreigner Worker Employee Welfare and Work Permit Application.
- Knowledge of Recruitment process.(Career Fair)
- Registration employees profile and movement in the system timely and accurately.
- Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters and memo.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conduct interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Promote company’s reputation as “Best Place to work”
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required - Requirements :
- - Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management /Human Resource Management.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
- Initiative, independent and good team player.
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as applicable.
- Ability to cope with tight datelines particularly during month end reporting period
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, Power point.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
