HSL Constructor Sdn Bhd was founded in 2009 and belongs to the HSL Group of Companies (HSL).

Founded in 1994 as a small start-up company, HSL has grown rapidly to become a key regional player in the marine civil engineering sector. Abiding relentlessly by our own guiding principles – innovative engineering solutions and construction excellence, we have left a trail of landmark projects across virtually every industry requiring foreshore structures and facilities.
