Description :: -Familiar with performance evaluation system.
-Understand and be interested on the performance business: KPIs, goals, targets and assists employee to create a long-term career plans.
-Facilitates completion of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Program with the line managers to ensure on time completion.
-Develops, manages and ensures implementation and effectiveness of the Company Performance Management System.
-Responsible to coordinate performance evaluation process in quarterly and yearly basis that leads to a positive and measurable impact.
-Provide performance feedback.
-Understand the needs of company and build up a training development plan in quarterly and yearly basis for all employees.
-Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Managers.
-Responsible to organize and coordinate internal and external training programs for all employees.
-Responsible to prepare training materials for in-house courses.
-Conducts induction program for new hire.
-Evaluates training and development programs.
Requirements :: -Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
-Experience in building industry will be an added advantage.
-Good communication skills both verbal and written in mandarin.
-Ability to deliver programs to a high quality.
-Leadership and strong management skills.
-Ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
-Chinese speaking candidate preferred.
