Description :: 1) Attend and filter to all phone calls to Director
2) Taking notes for any calls to Director
3) Ensure Director drinks are prepared every morning and after lunch
4) Schedule meeting appointment & update Director's calendar in MS Outlook (office email)
5) Posses a good communication and interpersonal skills
6) Arranging travel, visa, accommodation
7) Maintaining and Keeping accurate record of all important related to the Director
8) Managing Director's personal driver by informing them every morning on Director's schedule
9) Good in Writing and Speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia
10) Excellent in MS Words/MS Outlook/MS Excel
11) Perform clerical works (drafting letters/data entry into the system) as necessary
12) Perform any other administrative duties as instructed by the Director
Requirements :: 1) Experience in working as a Personal Assistant for at least 1 year
2) No work experience may apply
3) Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
