Description :: 1. Job Summary
1.1 Recruit the candidates

2. Key responsibilities
2.1 Full HR spectrum especially on Recruitment (Local and Foreigner)
2.2 Able to handle Foreigner Worker Employee Welfare and Work Permit Application.
2.3 Knowledge of Recruitment process.(Career Fair)
2.4 Registration employees profile and movement in the system timely and accurately.
2.5 Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters and memo.
2.6 Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
2.7 Screen candidates resumes and job applications
2.8 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
2.9 Conduct interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
2.10 Promote company’s reputation as “Best Place to work”
2.11 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
2.12 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
2.13 Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required
Requirements :: 3. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
3.1 Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management /Human Resource Management.
3.2 Organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
3.3 Initiative, independent and good team player.
3.4 Assist in other ad hoc duties as applicable.
3.5 Ability to cope with tight datelines particularly during month end reporting period

4. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
4.1 Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, Power point.
4.2 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4.3 Strong decision-making skills
