Description :: Monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales are closed within the stipulated period
Develop and implement marketing product development, promotion and sales plans to formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions
Liaise with purchaser / financiers / Solicitors on completion of the Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan approval and the completion of loan documents for speedy loan drawdown
Follow up with purchaser on outstanding payment and Financier on loan release payment and reminders
IT literate to be able to review Sales data, Banker particular, Solicitor particular, generate billing, interest advise, reminder letter, payment receipt and monthly report
To develop effective promotion package to stimulated demand during Sales Launch and Road Show
Must be knowledgeable in all aspect of authorities approval relating to property sales and administration eg. Advertising permit, strata title act, housing development act, requirements for sales to foreigner etc, etc
Any other duties as when assigned from time to time
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' working experience in property development industry
Good communication skills in written and oral with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Well verse with Property Development System (PR0SYS) and familiar with MS Excel and MS Office is added advantage
Preferably experience Senior Executives specializing in Property / Real Estate or Equivalent
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
