Description :: • Full spectrum of HR for Malaysia operation including strategic planning for Compensation & Benefits, Talent Training, Employee Relation, Recruitment, etc.
• Hands-on payroll processing and computation.
• Independently lead HR team during the absence of the HR Manager.
• Provide HR advice to team managers to cope with business growth and challenges in the market.
• Drive implementation of effective HR Policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement operational process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and guide a team of HR to work as a team in delivering quality HR services.
• Analyse and modify policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate Performance Appraisal Target setting, check progressive evaluation and final evaluation for staffs and the corresponding performance appraisal report.
Requirements :: • Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration Human Resource or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity or in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practice.
• Excellent cross-cultural and cross functional management skill in a matrix organisation, multitasker.
• Strong analytical skill and details oriented.
• Excellent market intelligence and benchmarking practices.
• Proven leadership qualities, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill with the ability to work will people at all levels.
• Handle headcount of 200 executives.
