'- Bookkeeping - data entry into accounting systems including
a) update purchase invoices, expenses, capital expenditure, staff claim
b) update receipt transaction
- Prepare payment to suppliers
- Generate statement of account to customers
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of GST reports & GST returns
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Ensuring proper filing & maintain of accounting transaction in compliance to statutory & requirement
- Liaising with auditors and tax agents and banker
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior  
Requirements :
'- Candidate must possess at least diploma in accounting
- Able to handle partial set or full set of accounts
- Able to work under pressure with deadline
- Willing to learn & possess positive attitude
-- Minimum 2 year of working experience in the related field is required
1) Basic Knowledge in understanding technical drawings
