• Provide HR advice to team managers to cope with business growth and challenges in the market.
• Drive implementation of effective HR Policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement operational process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and guide a team of HR to work as a team in delivering quality HR services.
• Analyse and modify policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate Performance Appraisal Target setting, check progressive evaluation and final evaluation for staffs and the corresponding
