- - Provide PA duties and administrative support for Plant Manager.
- Managing, organizing meetings, appointments & schedules for Plant Manager.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the Company.
- Arranging local and oversea travels, visas and accommodation for travelers or visitors.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when approriate.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the top managements as and when necessary.
- Taking dictation and minutes and close follow up with pending issues and to update management when required.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the managers is well prepared for meetings.
- Maintaining efficient data maintenance, electronic file and proper filling system.
- Manage daytoday schedule and follow through all matters requiring frther action in relate to Plant Management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure peompt delivery.
- Requirements :
- - At least a Diploma in PA, Secretarial, Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes for this position.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Details and result oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skill especially in correspondence an letter writing.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Application.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently / multi tasking.
