Description :: a) Responsible for roll-out and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that support the achievement of business goals

c) Full spectrum of HR operations specializing in Organizational Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
d) To ensure industrial harmony is achieved at all time.
e) Ensuring all Employee Relations matters are well attended.
f) Deliver and implement HR policies and services consistently
g) Developing an effective engagement strategy, developing the organisational culture and managing employee relations issues.
h) To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program
Requirements :: a) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree any field.
b) At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Senior HR with good understanding in manufacturing industry.
c) Knowledge in handling employee relations issue.
d) Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment
e) Analytical with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
