- Provide PA duties & administrative to assist Directror ( Korean Director)
Managing, organizing meetings, appointments & schedules for Directror.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the Company.
Arranging local and oversea travels, visas and accommodation for travelers / visitors.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the top managements as and when necessary.
Taking dictation and minutes and close follow up with pending issues and to update management when required.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the managers is well prepared for meetings.
Maintaining efficient data maintenance, electronic file and proper filling system.
To work closely with other departments to ensure prompt delivery.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in PA, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Details and result oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skill especially in correspondence and letter writing.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Application.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese or Korea.
- Able to work independently / multi tasking.
