Responsibilities And Duties
1. Registration of new employees
2. Monitor overall employee attendance
3. Record employee leave and overtime.
4. Compute mid month and end month salary on time and print relevant reports.
5. Print & distribute pay slip.
6. Prepare and pay SOSCOm EPF, TAX, HRDF and other deduction.
7. Monitoring, controlling, ordering and distribute the uniforms.
8. Maintain employee personal file.
9. Raise the medical chit for ill employee.
10. Arrange transport for employees and monitor the transport service provider.
11. Handling shipment arrangement, liaise with forwarder and follow up on goods received.
12. Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
