Compensation And Benefits
'- Prepare monthly billing on recurring fees and any charge back expenses, payroll analysis and monthly payroll processing
- Perform validations and checking on all pay elements
- Prepare all payroll related files and reports
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage and review compensation and benefits plans, policies and programmers to ensure market competitiveness and its cost effectiveness in retaining talent
- Handle the internal and external payroll audit
- Handle enquiries from employees and resolving any issues arising
- Assist in other ad­hoc duties as may be arranged from time to time
Learning And Development
- Design, develop and implement policy to promote professional development and performance improvement.
- Conduct TNA through job analysis or any other appropriate means in consultation with HODs.
- Assisting in all aspects of training and development management for the Company including the organizing and coordinating relevant awareness training activities.
- Preparing the training material for designed training program
- Conducting related training program as well as the assessment of the effectiveness of the training.
- Promote self­accountability and life­long learning.
- Keep abreast of market development and identify programmes for best practices.
- Develop and manage the induction, orientation and on­boarding programmes.
- Monitor and evaluate efficacy of training, whether on the job, internal or external, in consultation with HODs and recommend appropriate follow­up action where applicable.
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal customers, consultants and training provider.
- Coordinating and organizing respective departmental in­house job certification process and issuing of job certification certificate as well as institutions practical training related activities
- Managing HRDF application and claim reimbursement submission.
General and Affairs
- Intrusion and Burglary presentation management
- To carry out necessary security mock challenge
- Investigation and report as when needed
- Vehicles control management
- To make sure all incoming and outgoing vehicles are adhere to company procedure
- Continues improvement on security section 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field with at least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, Power point.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, meticulous, and able to multi­task.
• Proven experience in managing more than 1000 employees’ payroll independently
