- Overseeing administration job such as purchasing of stationery, uniforms, non trade items and keep track of issuance record
- Maintenance of outlets business license and tenancy agreements
- Maintenance of group hospitalization insurance and all other insurance policies
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance & employee leave record
- To assist in compilation of data for monthly payroll computation
- To process staff claims on a timely and accurate manner
- Update and maintain staff movement and benefit changes
Foreign worker related issue (work permit renewal, FOMEMA, new application, etc)
- Perform any ad­hoc duties as when required. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle dual language notices and memo.
- Able to handle moderate traveling.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with all level of staff
